Terms and Conditions
For prospective clients and existing customers, a preliminary Needs Assessment is complimentary for a maximum time of 30 minutes so we can understand your needs and how we can help and discuss possible solutions.
Subsequent requests including on-line Demos, follow-up questions, and Proof of Concept are billable time and require a Support Retainer. For more advanced requirements, a Needs Analysis is required to prepare a Project Statement of Work (SOW), along with a Budget Estimate and Timeline to complete the work. Upon approval of the Project SOW, an Invoice will be sent for payment so work on the Project can begin.

For any changes to a Project SOW, a Change Order will be required that will outline any changes or new requirements and associated billable time. The retainer on file will be deducted for Change Order amount, or if additional funding is required an Invoice will be sent for payment before subsequent work can begin.
Project reviews are built into the Project SOW. If additional reviews are required they are billable time. All time is billed in 15 minute increments and debited against the Retainer on file, and the client may request a statement for work completed and the remaining balance. Atlantic Database will not exceed retainer without approval and pre-payment to continue working with the client.
All online meetings will be recorded for quality assurance and overall team accountability between Client and Atlantic Database.
